PROJECT OVERVIEW
Neriah Jewelry is a contemporary, elegant, and affordable gold-plated jewelry brand designed for women seeking superior quality and durability compared to fashion jewelry, at a more accessible price than solid gold pieces. I was responsible for creating and managing the entire brand identity from scratch, overseeing its visual design and evolution from 2013 to 2023.

PROBLEM / OBJECTIVE
The brand required a compelling digital presence to convert both B2B and B2C customers. The challenge was to deliver a seamless e-commerce experience and build a social media presence that drove engagement, conversions, and long-term loyalty.

SOLUTION
• Designed and maintained a user-friendly e-commerce platform optimized for retail and wholesale clients, with a consistent, high-end visual experience.
• Produced over 3,000 social media posts (feed, stories, carousels, video) to maintain brand voice and engagement across all platforms.
• Managed and executed digital campaigns, including Meta and Google Ads, email marketing, and seasonal promotions.
• Created and applied cohesive visual standards across all digital touchpoints, supporting brand recognition and sales.

RESULTS
• Achieved significant social media growth, increasing Instagram followers to 135K+ and boosting engagement and sales by 40%.
